VanRoy's Caribbean Grill Catering Menu

  Jerk Chicken

Tender and slow cooked over charcoal, jerk chicken is seasoned and marinated in a blended fusion of scallion, thyme, pimento, onion, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Curried Chicken

Tender chunks of chicken are dry rubbed with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Jamaican curry powder. They are then stewed with fresh garlic, yellow onion, and scallion.

Braised Oxtail

Slow-cooked oxtail for 3.5 hours- seasoned with fresh garlic, scallion, thyme, tomato, pimento, and ginger.

 Curried Goat

Tender chunks of goat meat are dry rubbed with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Jamaican curry powder. They are then stewed with fresh garlic, yellow onion, and scallion.

Rice & Peas

Rice and red peas (red kidney beans) cooked with coconut milk, thyme, garlic, scallion, and a blend of spices.
